For over 13 years, I’ve worked inside software teams as a builder, analyst, delivery leader, and problem solver. I’ve experienced firsthand what it feels like to be part of teams that are stuck, overwhelmed, or operating without clarity and I’ve also seen the transformation that happens when teams gain alignment, focus, and confidence in how they deliver.
My experience spans the full software development lifecycle, helping organizations move from early ideas to real, production-ready solutions across industries including healthcare, telecom, gaming, government, and oil & gas. Along the way, I’ve dealt with the realities many teams struggle with every day: unclear ownership, shifting requirements, uncontrolled scope, missed timelines, and frustrated stakeholders. More importantly, I’ve learned what actually works in practice not just in theory.

The coaching courses I offer are a direct reflection of these experiences. Each course addresses real delivery challenges I’ve encountered repeatedly. Whether it’s implementing Agile the right way, protecting the project vision, transitioning from Waterfall to Hybrid, or building highly functional teams. My coaching is hands-on and execution-focused, designed to bring clarity, strengthen collaboration, and establish the discipline required to deliver value consistently.
I don’t coach from the sidelines. I work closely with teams, often alongside them, until they develop the confidence, capability, and structure needed to sustain high performance on their own.
