The Vision Custodian is a coaching course designed to address one of the most common gaps in software delivery: the absence of a single, accountable owner of the project vision.
High-performing teams succeed because one person is responsible for championing the vision, serving as the bridge between end users and the development team. This responsibility cannot be shared by everyone; it must be owned by one clearly identified leader who keeps the team aligned, focused, and moving toward the end goal.
This course helps teams identify who the Vision Custodian is within Agile, Hybrid, and SAFe environments and equips that person with the skills required to protect and communicate the vision throughout the project lifecycle.
